Before you go on, you should consider the fact that General Qassem Suleimani fought alongside American forces.  In addition, if you haven’t heard it yet, it was Suleimani who defeated ISIS and Al Queda.  But read this first: 

In their descriptions of Qassem Soleimani U.S. media fail to mention that Soleimani and the U.S. fought on the same side. In 2001 Iran supported the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan. It used its good relations with the Hazara Militia and the anti-Taliban Northern Alliance, which both the CIA and Iran had supplied for years, to support the U.S. operation. The Wikipedia entry for the 2001 uprising in Herat lists U.S. General Tommy Franks and General Qassem Soleimani as allied commanders.

And consider this.  People all over the web are citing thousands, tens of thousands, even hundreds of thousands killed by Suleimani, but no one ever cites their sources.  So it’s obviously suspect.  But check this out:

Iran is not responsible for the U.S. casualties in Iraq. George W. Bush is. What made Soleimani “bad” in the eyes of the U.S. was his support for the resistance against the Zionist occupation of Palestine. It was Israel that wanted him ‘removed’. The media explanations for Trump’s decision fail to explain that point.

USS VINCENNES SHOOTS DOWN THE CIVIL IRANIAN FLIGHT 655 WITH 290 PEOPLE ON BOARD, JULY 3, 1988

The U.S. has been preparing for war with Iran since the Obama Administration.  They want to retake control of Iran the way they had back in the days of the Shah.  Check this out.  MoonofAlabama explains how the U.S. claims were false,

On July 3, 1988, the guided-missile cruiser USS Vincennes shot down the civil Iranian Flight 655 with 290 people on board. The U.S. claimed that the plane’s transponder was signaling an Iranian military identification code, that it was seemingly attacking the Vincennes, that the ship warned the plane 12 times, and that the ship was in international waters when the incident happened.

The crew of the Vincennes received medals for killing the Iranian civilians.

Investigations showed (pdf) that all the above claims were false. The shootdown was intentional. Iran sued the US in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) over it. The case was settled in 1996 when the U.S. agreed to apologize and to pay $61.8 million to the families of the victims.

Iraq ordered U.S. troops to leave after the Suleimani assassination.  The U.S. is not going to withdraw.  It’s not what the U.S. does.  Oh, sure the U.S. Army tells Iraq that it is moving out, but that is only a ploy to remind them of their imperial powers.  Trump says that U.S. will not leave Iraq unless billions are paid for the U.S. setting up bases, and whatnot.  It looks like government promises are in effect threats.
